Aside from those important details: I’m a Dietitian that freaking loves watching you confidently crush your nutrition, health and LIFE goals! I’m here to take the confusion and TBH the utter bullshit you’ve been told you “have” to do (that never actually works) out of the equation and give you the tools you should have had all along! 

I’ve worked with individuals who’ve never dieted a day in their life and others who’ve been dieting for decades. I’ve helped moms break generational cycles of bad body image and restriction for themselves and their children and grandchildren. I’ve worked with badass women finishing their degree, serving our country, and women navigating a new diagnosis such as PCOS. Regardless of their background, they were all given a “one size fits all” approach to nutrition and forced to settle for traditional medical advice that didn’t consider their individual needs. 

No matter how many times I hear it (which is almost daily) I am always frustrated by clients telling me that *insert healthcare practitioner or coach* told you to just “stop eating carbs” or to just “do intermittent fasting”, “keto” or another insanely restrictive diets to resolve your symptoms.

I’m here to tell you, this is not the way it should be and that you deserve answers.

I’m a Registered Dietitian and coach that encourages a non-diet approach to feeling confident, excited, and energized through a nutrition strategy that is tailored to you and your lifestyle. I utilize aspects of holistic health practices and pillars of intuitive eating that aren’t restrictive and focus on supporting your mental, emotional, and physical health. We prioritize client relationships to provide ongoing support so you can finally feel at home in your body.

A one-size-fits-all solution doesn’t exist.

 

We’re complex people. You shouldn’t be forced to settle for an insufficient answer from traditional medical advice or a short-lived solution from a “30-day diet plan”. Along with sustainable and enjoyable habit building, mindset work and specific nutrition strategy, we use specialized lab testing to discover—maybe for the very first time—what’s going on in YOUR body and the specific support YOU need. Specialized lab testing allows us to take a deep dive in symptoms such as gastrointestinal distress, hormonal symptoms like extreme PMS, fatigue, and even brain fog.

 

Self-knowledge is the best knowledge.

 

You deserve to know all the incredible details of how your body is built to support you in feeling your absolute best. Your personalized nutrition strategy should be taking into consideration your lived experience, past and present, the specific symptoms you're experiencing, and help you get to the root cause so you can support your mind and body for years to come.
